      Disappointing Culture, Poor Growth Opportunities

      Pros

      Great products that customers want. Lots of great people work there

      Cons

      Very poor culture; lots of empty promises, terrible management and weak HR. When management changes, the culture shifts to suit this new « leader ». Lots of tenured people are replaced with their buddies from their former company. HR lets it all happen. Very demotivating, therefore the turnover rate in Canada is high.

      Some really great people work there. Benefits are alright.

      Cons

      Some managers are only hiring their 'Buddies' rather than the right people for the role. Many excellent internal candidates are overlooked for roles very much suited to them. HR is a joke.
