      Pros

      Great benefits for full timers only.

      Cons

      Impossible to make bonus. Constant harassment from upper management. Breach of employee confidentiality. No health and safety training. You make more money if you're a white man. Tried to terminate me once I made accusations of sexual harrassment. Tried to terminate me without doing any investigation. They bounce back and forth about bonus eligibility so they don't have to pay. Sinking ship: loss prevention manager, president, vice president, district manager, and others let go due to affordability. They do not support LGBT employees or any causes related to the community. No room for growth if you're a person of colour. Broke Bill 168, by trying to terminate me for taking a sick day. Broke Bill 148 for paying a female employee less than men. Constant bullying and harrassment from upper white class management. Refused to give me sick time or apology for trying to terminate me once I made a claim for sexual harassment.

      Pros

      very disorganised so you get more freedom (you will be told you arent doing the job well no matter what you do anyways) dress code pretty casual good entry level retail job

      - ridiculous demands from inexperienced superiors - promised commission, never got commission

      - Employee discount (the jewelry isn't that great though. Bad quality even for their more expensive line).

      Cons

      - Unorganized management - Posts the schedule for the week THE DAY BEFORE the start of the week - Favouritism - No hours to schedule - The Management Team trash talks everyone behind our backs - Management calls people fat, flat chested, stupid, and blonde everyday - She is racist and unprofessional - Management backs up each other no matter what - Management blames everyone else and never stops to think that they might be at fault
