There are a lot of good and hardworking people
Cons
The workplace here lacks structural process controls, material tracking is highly inconsistent, which quickly renders the ERP data unreliable. Most of your time is lost simply hunting for raw materials, chasing missing Work in Progress (WIP), or waiting on delayed engineering drawings. It is frustrating when you spend your time keeping pace instead of actual planning.
