Pros

The discount. The art. The painters.

Cons

The owner often will not live up to her own expectations and take it out on her staff. On multiple occasions the studio has been out of much needed supplies and has she continously left us in need. On top of her poor attitude she expects her staff to give their all to the studio while she goes on multiple cruises a year. You will be verbally abused if you work here.

Pros

Creative, input and opinions are valued, learn a lot, working with lots of different people to create art

Cons

Tedious, lower wage, 1-2 employees so work-load can be high, mainly doing maintenance of store and not always art
