Associated Ambulance Response
3moWe take workplace concerns seriously and remain committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. While we cannot comment on individual employment matters in a public forum, we want to be clear that our organization is committed to fairness, equity, and respectful treatment for all employees. We have policies and processes in place to address accommodation needs, discrimination, and workplace concerns, and we continuously work to improve how these are applied in practice. Our standards and practices were recently validated through independent review by Accreditation Canada, where we earned Accreditation with Exemplary Standing — the highest national recognition for quality, safety, and patient-centred care. That said, Accreditation does not mean we are perfect, and we recognize that listening to feedback—especially critical feedback—is essential to growth. We remain committed to learning, accountability, and fostering a workplace where all individuals feel supported and valued.
