      -the pay was higher than other automotive retailers -opportunity to be promoted is high -lots of locations to work

      Cons

      -Long hours (usually more than the 50 you're paid for) -Bad work/home life -Upper mgmt isn't supportive -The pay is terrible for lower level employees
