Pros

Great colleagues, projects and interesting problems to solve. I learned a lot during my time here and pay is okay.

Cons

Management, toxic work culture, I left finally because I could not deal with all the Ex-Amazonian 995 mentality that is going on.

Pros

Remote work that’s it nothing else

Cons

Terrible management, promote people not based on skills but on favouritism and rampant racism. Leadership is terrible and the middle management openly criticize their leaders. Always criticizing other big companies. Terrible place to work. Toxic environment and culture.

Pros

- Base salary and stock options - Remote first workplace - Mission - Company events

Cons

- Benefit are terrible - Sales driven company. Hyper-focused hitting targets - Large company still working with a 'scrappy' startup mentality so every team is too lean and lack of established processes as well as not enough support for employees - High expectations of deliverables and false promises of additional headcount to support that does not happen. More head count is needed to support the vision - Micromanagement of budgeting process for every deliverable instead of just focusing on large budget items. This requires every annual development plan to go through review by CPO/CTO. Which also means very expensive all day meetings with senior leadership reading line by line through monthly updates and it fosters a VERY waterfall approach to operations and project management with an expectation of delivery by Dec 31st every year despite when the development started making for a very high pressure environment - It's still a boys club with favor given to their likeness. And relationship building based on title and privilege - Focus on the next best things and acquisitions (new shining object) instead of fixing what's broken or needs to be optimized and investing in that - People burnout quickly and quietly quite or outright leave because there is no point in arguing or trying to look for change and a more positive outlook
