Pros
- Being a partner-owned firm and practice-centered business, there is surprisingly little hierarchy, a great deal of respect for all contributors, no matter the level, and a desire to just do a good job. - Generally well-managed, with top talent. -Senior management is open-minded, affable and genuinely likable.
Cons
- Firm grew slowly over 40 years, feels sometimes a little insular and slow to adopt best practices from other domains. - Senior-level resources coming in from other firms or domains often feel stifled as there is "the BBA way" and this is very hard to get past in order to get to better results.
