Departments kind of independent of each other. Most colleagues are nice and friendly

Cons

Located in the corner of the world. Too much Drama and politics! At my interview, they mentioned that they do provide a work-life balance--Liar!!! The reality is they want you to work like a non-stop, non-broken machine 24/7, everyone works like they are single, no family no kids. Management team too stupid, one asked you to go this direction, the other one asked you to that direction. They know nothing but pushing and pushing, standing behind your back and do some sneaky things.

The admin team minus the new "team lead" were fantastic. Always willing to lend a hand when needed. Made life long friends there. Partners are great there as well... 95% never hesitating to back their assistants.

Cons

Unless you are chummy with the HR department, they will dismiss you without warning. I was there for almost 4 years and was 'let go' because I wasn't 'advancing as fast as they would like'... I later found out that, that phrase along with "not working to standard" is their standard phrase for when they want to get rid of you or do not want to pay you your worth. There are better places to work.
