Everything. Very disorganized, no one really takes accountability for mistakes and they let everyone blame it on you, the buyer. Very racist towards the people they bring from other countries. You expect it to be an inclusive company but you hardly see women, supervisors and directors don't really respect women. Have any ideas? If you are a Canadian man, you will be able to speak, but a woman with ideas? Don't even take a chance, they will tell you to "do the same as your husband, he is making a great job". Looking for a good salary? Sure, as long as you are not an expat or immigrant as they will pay you way less than a Canadian who has less experience and less studies/languages. Don't speak French? Don't worry, as long as you are a Canadian who just refuses to speak French. The job description... Is it really gonna be your job? Not really, you never know when your job ends or starts. Learning curve of your position will be 1 year, up to 1 year and 6 months. I honestly could go on an on, but my advice would be, if you ever have the chance to work for BRP, please reconsider, it is honestly not worth it.
