Pros

1.The brand name , this is how they sell the vacancies for several posts. I think this is the first and one of the main reason why anyone would join an Exchange. 2.Very few seniors are good to work with here. Before joining confirm with whom you are going to work and verify the same before accepting the offer. 3.If you don't have the habit of investing in stock market you will definitely start investing in stock market and also Mutual Funds.

Cons

1. The most important department- HR is the worst department in this organization. They have per-medical check-up as every organisation does but to my shock they had conducted few tests without informing me which tests would be conducted. You will come to know about the tests when you reach for tests in the clinic. The most irresponsible department , though HR is ideally suppose to look after the most important resource -HUMAN, HR of this organization exploits human mentally. 2. Work- Rewards relationship is inversely related. The more work you do, the less rewards you get, i.e. no appraisal, no promotion , no bonus... But if you sit till late like till 730p.m., 8.00 p.m. you are definitely selected for bonus and appraisals. Moreover the package they offer is so bad that even peanuts look good. 3.There is no hierarchy in the teams. Professionals report to graduates and it becomes difficult to communicate, since the professionals have expertise to handle work. 4.The environment is not preferable for professionals at all. There is a complete absence of professionalism in this organization. 5.There is no respect as a human too, the organization just sees their own benefit in all possible areas. There is no appreciation for hard work done unless you communicate to them that you are leaving the organization.
