Pros

Beautiful scenery, loved interacting with the guests and VERY limited staff. The company discount was great and even though I had to train myself for the most part, it made me stronger.

Cons

Absolute snake pit. The back stabbing, cliquish and gossiping behaviour by staff and management is a call for serious help. Huge turnover rates of good people. The leftovers are those who are like minded, or stuck or wanting out!

Pros

Big company, good benifit compare to other retails company. Beautiful looking store. Good discounts on Bass Pro brand products. Love the aquarium.

Cons

New store manager has no clues of what he is doing, no respect to employees. Do as you told or you will never get promoted. The only thing in his mind is how he can save more money for the company, and I mean he will do whatever he can to achieve it.
