Questionable values and ethics...

Pros

May pay better than minimum wage, some team members aim to improve the work environment, some managers seem to be working towards improving values and attitudes.

Cons

Low morale, aggressive and unfriendly attitudes encouraged, critical values and ethics relevant in current political climate are not imbedded in company culture, allowing behaviours that borderline harassment to persist, high labour and hourly expectations for limited reward and low wage. Revolving door, presumably due to above contributions. Limited wages, benefits and outdated vacation pay model is also deterring ability to hire quality workers and maintain them. Discriminatory behaviour is encouraged by some staff.
