- Good people (for the most part) - Great health benefits (including on-site cafeteria and gym) - Care about company mission - Company seems to be forever expanding - Challenging work

Cons

- Management team not strong leaders. Need to build out leadership capabilities - Need to work on work environment/culture - HR department not welcoming. Problems swept under the rug. HR head is a nightmare. Unsure how she is still employed there.
