Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that BeMo does not require consultants to pay out of pocket to begin working with us. We certainly do care our team and are one of the only companies with frequent request for feedback. We encourage you to come forward with your feedback to your management team or our people and culture team so we can address your concerns ASAP. To prospective candidates: BeMo is not the right fit for everyone, and we’re transparent about that. Our interview process is designed to provide a realistic preview of how we work, what we value, and the level of structure involved, so candidates can decide for themselves whether this environment aligns with their strengths and preferences. We encourage anyone interested to ask questions and get a firsthand sense of the role before moving forward.
