We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding hours during slower periods. As our work can fluctuate seasonally, we continually look for ways to support our team and create opportunities where possible. Pros

Training does give you a glimpse of the role, though it's overpriced.

Cons

This place is a nightmare. You pay $500 just to get started, and then your hourly work is a total joke because one hour of pay usually takes 3-7 hours to actually complete if you want to avoid negative reviews. Full-time? Forget it! You're expected to work way over 40 hours every week and if you complain, upper management tells you it's your fault for not managing your time. They don't care about the team at all, are secretive, and sometimes downright vindictive. The stress is insane, and the mental toll is unreal. It's one of the most evil , unappreciative environments I've ever seen, and you leave feeling completely used.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that BeMo does not require consultants to pay out of pocket to begin working with us. We certainly do care our team and are one of the only companies with frequent request for feedback. We encourage you to come forward with your feedback to your management team or our people and culture team so we can address your concerns ASAP. To prospective candidates: BeMo is not the right fit for everyone, and we’re transparent about that. Our interview process is designed to provide a realistic preview of how we work, what we value, and the level of structure involved, so candidates can decide for themselves whether this environment aligns with their strengths and preferences. We encourage anyone interested to ask questions and get a firsthand sense of the role before moving forward.
