      Pros

      Product is okay. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Work life balance is basically nonexistent. Bonus is minuscule compared to the actual dollar amount that you have to make for the company, in order to receive bonus. Constant pressure in store to traffic stop if you aren’t busy. Once you’re home, your phone is constantly buzzing from work. Pay is small for the amount of work need to succeed.
