      I am there to make a living and currently searching for a job with another employer

      Cons

      Lots of bad intentions beware of back stabbing bullying is not uncommon. We were protected by our leader and they let her go. Now all hell will break loose. Terrible atmosphere. Bad people upstairs. Doesn't bode well for a company who keep saying they want to grow. First they need to respect us and that does not exist. No respect or dignity for hard working people

      They have great working conditions

      Cons

      They cut your check of 150.00$ /weekly on SSQ benefits. I work at 25.00$/ hour and I barely have 500.00$ net. Great benefits but we pay them hard core. Also, it's a very demanding company and it's not a place to have great fun

      Pros

      - Very encouraging management. The sales managers were always available when I had questions or needed coaching. - Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful - if you are the type of person that can approach people with confidence and try to sell something to them, you can make a lot of money - Make your own schedule, take as many days off as you wish whenever you wish - great commission and residuals every year

      Cons

      - If you have hesitation with approaching people you do not know to sell them something, this job is not for you. The majority of sales are made this way and you have to be outgoing enough to do this on your own without a manager. - A lot of driving around looking for people to approach. Makes you feel like you're an old timey salesman selling vacuum cleaners. - You will deal with a lot of rejection at this job. You must be persistent.
