Friendly and open environment. Supportive coworkers and managers. Affordable staff meals ($3 per meal). Residents are very nice. Flexible schedule especially for part-time workers. High pay for the position.
Cons
No tips. Limited career growth. Limited training for staff to maintain high standard.
This USED to be a fun place to work. Well staffed, lots of time to complete tasks, free food, flexible scheduling, chances to connect with residents. It has changed.
Cons
They have cut hours so now we are constantly understaffed and overworked. Nobody gets enough hours to get full time benefits. Quality of service and food has gone down. Company only cares about the bottom line. They also don't promote internally. You can make more money serving for tips for the same amount of work.
