Working at BioVectra was a really positive experience. The team was fantastic, collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Managers were approachable, encouraging, and invested in helping employees grow. I gained a lot of valuable skills and experience during my time there. Since the Agilent acquisition, the overall benefits package has noticeably improved, which has been a big plus.

Cons

The pay was a bit on the lower side compared to industry standards, though the stronger benefits since the acquisition help balance this out.
