      Union job, lack of staff and management

      Decently paying union job. Benefits for FT employees. Usually flexible depending on position. Always new roles opening up

      Cons

      No benefits or vacation for PT employees, No sick time, no guaranteed shifts. EXTREME LACK OF MANAGEMENT AND STAFF, always under staffed. work culture is gossipy, employees are burnt out

      wonderful work if I had been allowed to continue working past 3 weeks I would still be there.

      Cons

      Was fired when they started to see I needed special accomodations because of autoimmune disease. and staff training me was upset they were not told that I was being hired
