Pros

positive people looking to try and make a difference

Cons

people are extremely cut throat and will fake niceness. superiors will always ask more of individuals that are succeeding and will work extra hard to kick those failing out. work loads are unmanageable. once you enter the organization it feels like there is only one path of growth and they hid what the other departments are doing so you can't grow other places. Work/life balance is nonexistent

Pros

Great and very caring co-workers who really give their all. You feel like you are doing really meaningful work.

Cons

Slow-paced environment and slow to make changes. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but can feel like a routine if you are hoping for faster change.
