      Pros

      The office space is new and modern and is easily accessible via TTC.

      Cons

      This company is run by misogynst pigs. There should be a few additional lawsuits and harrassment claims added to Blyth Academy's resume. If you are a female, a visible minority, or a person who identifies as LGBTQ+ do not work here. This workplace is incredibly discriminatory.

      Pros

      Teachers are friendly and work well with each other. Flexible time and choice. Small class size.

      Cons

      No room for growth or advancement. No loyalty to teachers who want to stay. High turn-over of teachers. Low pay with benefits, which sucks! Salary is a joke and disrespectful to educated teachers who have to teach the full-curriculum like regular public high schools.

We are transparent with every employee about their contract which clearly defines salary, benefits etc. and which you agree to before you start working at Blyth Academy.
