Corporate management can be a headache

Pros

One free smoothie a shift, which can be such a treat after getting your mental health destroyed for 8 hours.

Cons

While the management can vary from store to store, corporate management has apparently made it their mission to make the lives of minimum wage workers a living hell. With zero understanding from upper level management, it seems that they don't even view their employees as humans but as machines with little to no compensation. Every month, corporate management finds one thing or the other to criticize about stores with absolutely no positive feedback or reinforcement. They often send in secret shoppers who then rat to them about stores being unable to keep up with their impossible standards and offer no support to stores.

Pros

You get one free smoothie during your shift

Cons

•horrible management •if your coworkers don’t like you they will gossip behind your back and treat you like garbage and ignore you •very blatant favoritism from management. If you’re not a favorite, you’re treated like garbage • they made a new rule that if your bus doesn’t show up and makes you late that it’s YOUR FAULT and you will get written up for it •says they have competition pay but they really don’t •they will make it obvious if they don’t like you and will do anything to try to make you quit
