Fast-paced growth but management bloat is a concern

Pros

Fast paced environment, growing fast, annual incentive program has paid out at plan maximums lately. Lots of areas to move around and learn new things.

Cons

Compared to other Medtech companies I’ve worked for, BSC has a lot of bloat at upper/middle management. Constant acquisitions are a distraction from business priorities. Lack of organic product development is a constant bleed on talent.
