Pros

Nothing. There were great people working at Company, most of them left due to discrimatory workplace practice, underpaid - overworked.

Cons

CEO only believes in men to run Company. Women do not matter and definitely no advancement opportunities for women. Less pay unless you are a male. Many older employees went on sick leave due to unreasonable expectations from upper management. Never worked for a company that breaks so many ESA laws!
