      Pros

      None, zero, zip, nadda, squat.

      Cons

      They bought the company I worked for, told us our jobs were secure, then blackmailed us into signing non-competes, then let some of us go. Closed 3 of our branches in 4 months, lots of good people out of work. They are blood-sucking vampires.

      made maybe 3 contacts, but there isn't anything redeemable about the company.

      Cons

      over worked and under paid difficult management who micromanages and demands hourly check-ins. never got a raise in 2 years - received a lot more work though never received paid overtime or time off in lieu told us it was mandatory for us to post everything on new years eve - stay late and finish everything (again not paid time) and then had the NERVE to say we had to log in on New Years Day (a stat holiday btw) to make sure everything was posted - we were promised time off in lieu but whenever I requested to take it it was denied. ZERO appreciation for staff actually doing the work TERRIBLE place to work....literally work anywhere else

      Decent pay, and benefits, with option for profit sharing.

      Cons

      Incredibly negative and toxic work environment. Tyranical and controlling nitpicking manager. No empowerment, and the only feedback is negative.
