-Hybrid and remote work environment when many other companies are doing return to office. -Plenty of social events and trips. -Opportunities to carve your own path and grow. -Amazing team with a sense of humor but can get down to work when we need to. -Compensation is good

Cons

Takes a while to push some changes through but it does eventually happen where it needs to.

Not for any Good PL/SQL Developers

Pros

As bad as the development managers are the BA manager is excellent. He listens and looks out for his team members. The other managers can learn from him.

Cons

Development managers that apply their 3rd world thinking in a first world country. They seem to be more interested in looking out for themselves than fixing and improving the product. Under their watch they have made very bad design decisions, views that are build on top of views 7-9 levels deep. One view will concatenate values together and another view will split them apart. Using group by and ordering in one will prevent predicate binding and view merging. No wonder you have so many performance problems.

This company is only good for getting the first work experience in Canada. There are some good people there who are nice to work with.

Cons

*Company's technology tools are far behind the ones which are widely used on market. *Very low salaried * Bad/conservative management * No opportunity for promotions *Badly developed product as the employees are cheap workforce
