      Cons

      Poor leadership/team management. You don't know what to do half the time. Team leads are inexperienced giving incorrect directions and play the blame game. No HR person. Very slow/no professional growth. Favouritism. CAD factory. Low pay. Low benefits. No vacation until 1 year tenure. No overtime pay. No bim standards or bim manager. Lack of investment towards software/ technology other firms use today. IT always running out of disk space. Cheap. Colleagues aren't happy. Some are young and snobby, others are older and just getting by. I have never seen the coffee machine get cleaned once. Lack of involvement of staff in meetings. Zero culture. Principals don't get to know their staff. Theyre bunched up in one side of the building.. secluded from us CAD monkeys.

      Pros

      Some managers are very nice. Good health benefits. Social events.

      Cons

      Exploitive place. It is even known among architecture firms in the city that this place takes advantage of people from abroad in terms of salary and working hours. Overtime isn't paid. The company doesn't respect you or your time. You will get a notice at 5pm if they want you to stay late and it doesn't matter whether you had plans after work. Often unprofessional behaviour. Some people were bullied. Low pay.

      - employee is just another number, partners dont even know your name - management level does not receive opinions from employees, you have no voice - no company standard or BIM standard - non negotiable terms for anything - TOXIC nepotism - low company morale, management constantly sends email out to ask you to be at your desk sharp while disregarding the many overtime nights which are NOT compensated - non competitive salary, unattractive benefits - no HR in a 100+ people firm - no transparency or communication between employees and higher management
