Pros

Pros? Only the theoretical lies they tell the poor unsuspecting workers they hire and exploit! Elderly, single parents etc...

Cons

Folks, If you are checking out this company because you are considering an offer that you got over the phone or whatever, I’m going to give you some very valuable advice...RUN!!! RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Let their horrible low review score speak for itself! It is TRUE!! We are trying to save you from the pain and hell that we have all experienced by this disgusting company. THEIR REVIEW SCORE WOULD BE ZERO IF THEY DID NOT REVIEW THEMSELVES IN AN ATTEMPT TO IMPROVE THEIR RATING, please be aware of that.

Pros

Nice people who work far too hard.

Cons

I watched this company disintegrate. It was once a good place. Paranoia, incompetence and inferior leadership have taken this once thriving company to the brink of closure.

Pros

Good entry into Retail Merchandising field. Some jobs are flexible.

Cons

Unreliable income. I was told right off the bat in my phone interview with District Manager that "I might have work for you this week but then nothing for 3 months.." Unrealistic time allocations for assignments. (No, it was not just me being slow, most times we were in a team. I am an experienced Merchandiser) You are not paid for time over the allotted estimation. An estimated 4 hour job is paid for 4 hours even if it takes 6. I was once on a 4.5 hour job, worked 7.5 and given a hard time about claiming the excess hours. No breaks or lunches were ever offered by team leader when on a team reline. I had a personal situation that temporarily for one month, required my availability to be either in the afternoons or flexible schedule assignments. I later received an ROE saying I'd quit. (which would disqualify me for EI) It was only corrected when I called HR in the US.
