      Pros

      The benefits are ridiculously awesome. The salary is competitive. Good work environment: offices are generally speaking very nice and modern. Company is recognized. People are really nice AND talented.

      Cons

      Company culture is one that sets employees up to fail: you do or you die type mentality. WAY TOO MANY PROCEDURES - procedures have their own procedures which have their own procedural procedure procedurages. Zero work life balance but i think that also depends on the department. If you actually care, they will sniff it out and take advantage of you. No middle opportunies. No constructive criticism or objectives - emphasis on negative feedback.

      Pros

      CF is a Canadian Commercial Real Estate hallmark with an international reputation for investment strategies and operational best practices. Probably the best benefits and compensation packages in its sector for full timers. Great locations and properties. Recognized throughout their communities for their professionalism and tenacity for "getting the job done". They have weathered many storms and celebrated many successes over their long history. They have a really strong senior management team right now and an amazing list of development projects in the pipeline, they will be around for a long time to come with lots of opportunities for all who work there to enjoy and build their careers on.

      Cons

      There are some issues in their corporate culture. This is common knowledge and they are working on it proactively (It takes courage to do that sort of stuff. Congratulations on the effort, which is already yielding excellent results). Also, as a mid sized business staff wise, career opportunities are limited, which at times may lead to employee disaffection and career stagnation.
