Pros

No issues with payment, payment through paypal every week.

Cons

There used to be priority hours available in many time slots. There used to be an abundance of students. Now it is hard to get hours and students. Support is slow. Automated system means you get booted out for a week if your internet experiences a hiccup and you can't answer a handful of calls.

Pros

You can teach when you want... providing you find students online. If you cultivate your skills, you will build a ready and waiting group of clients who seek you out. Then you experience great satisfaction from meeting and working with interesting people in many countries. Also I appreciate the management. They make an effort and they are supportive.

Cons

The pay is low, but so is your commitment if you so choose. Wearing earphones for long periods of time is difficult for me.
