Pros

Casual dress code, diverse coworkers, microwave and fridge.

Cons

low wage, slow computers, old equipments, bad management, repetitive job, unhappy customers. Makes you agree and sign a document stating that training (7:30am to 3pm for 7days) will not be paid until you worked for at least 160 hours after being officially hired which is illegal. Too many payment discrepancies. Pay cheques I received from them often times were missing hours and I had to request them to correct them. This has happened to others as well, way more than once. You really have to be careful with the pay cheques they give you.
