- people are really cool and smart - dog friendly office
Cons
- very entry level benefits - removed extra PTO without notice or consultation - strictly forced return to office without consultation - low compensation with almost no salary increases (below inflation and market value) - growth and development are based almost entirely on office politics/ personal brand - can’t keep an HR person longer than a few months and did not invest full time - slow moving and a lot of meetings
