      nice colleagues, generally flexible and supportive environment

      Cons

      very hierarchical and bureaucratic, opportunities for growth seem to vary and pathways and salary adjustments are vague. salaries in lower levels are very low and hard to live on. annual % increases benefit people with highest salaries when people making less need it more and this gap gets bigger and bigger year by year
