Pros

Good place to work, you would feel like part of a family. Good perks, lately they brought salaries up with the rest of industry. Good mentorship for young people and they are the best in their domain. In times of economic turmoil, they will keep most of the people.

Cons

Not a very diverse company. 80% of employees are Quebec born and the rest are invisible minorities, like Europeans. Not many opportunities for advancement once you peaked. It's a family owned company and that comes with some negative points.
