-Pay. For the amount of work you have to do, the pay is not great.
-Stress . They require you to do sternous amount of work in a certain allocated time with minimal training. There is a lot of yelling in certain departments and it is not necessary especially since the yelling can be reduced if they ACTUALLY trained their employees.
-They advertise it as "being able to work in a fast-pace environment" but in reality they expect the newer workers and workers that don't have a lot of pull in the company to do all the grunt work (with minimal/no training) while the higher ups enjoy the fruits of their hard labour and "work from home."
-Limited Upward mobility. It does not matter how hard you work or what education you have, unless you know someone, nepotism is high and it is VERY difficult to move up in the company.
-Disrespect. The gossip in this workplace is similar to high school. Keep to yourself unless you want the entire workplace to know your business. They claim that employees should not bring their problems to work but the workplace is the root of a lot of the problems
