Great commissions, but be wary of office politics

They pay you great commissions on sales. The best in the industry.

Cons

If a co-worker doesnt like you they can report you to HR and completely make up stuff you never said and get you fired and you have no way to defend yourself at all. So make sure you never ipset anyone you work with or you could get fired with no explanation at all.

Great company to start a career in sales, performance-based, if you do well there's a clear path to getting promoted.

Cons

Since it's retail, it can be seasonal. Summers in Florida slow down a lot, and the pace picks back up in September.
