      Good company to work for if you get in with the owner and his closed group.

      Pros

      Free parking. Free lunch and food once in awhile. Every month there is a celebration of the birthdays and there is cake and pizza lunch. Office is pretty nice and is centrally located across from Square 1.

      Cons

      Small company owned by one person so the power and direction of the company is in the hands of a few (the owner and his small group of executives) Management makes makes brash decisions without much consultation from the staff. Closed culture. You better be in with the owner and his followers or you'll be on the outside looking in.

      No Job Security, Gossip Company Culture

      Pros

      - Multiple locations. -Employees can take birthdays off

      Cons

      -Very bad company culture of gossiping, even by senior managers and directors -One man company, you can be fired at anytime, don't waste your time -No policy of inclusion for women, LGBTQ, people of color etc. They employ minority groups for statistics but after that, you have to dance to the tune of majority or you are booted out -Managers of team are given too much powers -HR is powerless -Lack of organization

      Pros

      Nice office and generally good co workers. Interesting and growing industry you'll get some decent exposure to. Not much else unfortunately

      Cons

      Certain teams (hr, finance, sales) are just disorganized and simply tired from the chaos, lack of proper management and reporting. Not a recognized name in the industry. Very little room for growth and comp package (benefits, bonus, etc) are below average for professionals who can do better out there. Overall don't bother unless you're really into IT or desperately need a job
