A micro managed company with very little training supplied to employees and a weak leadership team. No clue how to compete in the market.

Commission and base salary, work from home options. Vehicle allowance.

Cons

Driven by profit at the expense of long term customers. Overall attitude of management was that existing customers didn’t have a choice and would there fore pay whatever the salesperson and their managers decided on.
