      Pros

      * Coffee is considered "perk" here. Not much else, to be honest.

      Cons

      * Don't be fooled by the company website and marketing. Loads of empty promises. Cision Canada's hyped image can be easily broken down into Perception vs Reality comparisons. * Spadina does client services work. Ferrand does operations work. Morale is terrible at both locations. * Penny-pinching company. Pay is very low. Takes advantage of you. Rampant exploitation of cheap labour. * "Advancement" is simply an upgrade of your meaningless job title. They're quick to get rid of you. Use you up & throw you out. * Generalist & payroll's concealed attitude. Rotten to the core. * Sad, empty desks. Countless people have been laid off. Endless trimming.

      Halifax - Toxic Management

      Pros

      Hard-working coworkers. Nothing more comes to mind.

      Cons

      Control-freak management style. Acts out of insecurity because fate = failure. Explosive Cancerian temper. Horrible mood swings. Passive-aggression. Despite Crestcom training, continues to exercise toxic tyranny that's left unchecked at Cision Canada.

      Pros

      When all is said and done It was a Job that paid the bills. Benefits were not bad.

      Cons

      Very stressful, No pay raise for several years, poor communication, more criticism than praise for work done. After 27 years of giving so much more than 100% of my dedication and loyalty to this company, retirement parting token was an e-mail thanking me for my 27 years of service. Not even a card!!! WOW!! Think twice before dedicating too much of your time and life to Cision. There is no reward......you are just an underpaid and under appreciated employee!
