Some of the best coworkers from around the world, friendships have lasted well past the job,, mostly from having to endure it together.

Cons

Mismanagement, over management, management concerned with petty infighting or the personal opportunity to advance. Daily uncertainty about what amazing and stupid idea will arrive the next day and foul up the works.
