Pros

Great company to get your foot into the insurance industry, especially for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience and grow. There are a lot of opportunities for learning and career development, and the company supports employees by helping pay for licensing, which is a big plus. The work environment is positive and supportive, and being fully remote is a huge advantage that offers great work-life balance. The benefits are also good, and there is room for advancement if you are willing to put in the work.

Cons

Vacation time is limited, with only two weeks to start, which can feel restrictive. The pay could be more competitive for the workload and responsibilities, especially in the beginning.
