Pros

- Office Manager is always willing to help -Lots of training programs for new agents in the company -recognition for sales acheivments through awards -website at discounted cost Overall the support staff and the office management are quite good. The office manager is always willing to sit and speak with you on ways to improve your business

Cons

-commission splits could be a little better -offices are expensive to rent -preference given to agents that make lots of money -little guys get few referals from company

The "Leadership" is a joke

Pros

it was good initially, before everyone quit or was fired. Theoretically a ton of potential.

Cons

Indecisive and unreliable owners and "leadership" have no idea what they're doing. Will say one thing and change their mind the next day. Easily distracted away from priorities and waffle between micro-management and complete disengagement. Top heavy inflated titles who manage absolutely no one but their own egos. It will be easy to be sucked in by promises but it will not last. They do not actually care about their people or their franchisees.
