Pros

1. Work with clients, municipalities and BC Hydro 2. Seconded to client office

Cons

1. Management is the worst: "my way or highway" 2. Micromanagement. "where do you go, why, where, etc.. 3. In your face, and always put you in an uncomfortable spot 4. No career advancement 5. Forget about bonus, and if you get any , is very small and is not guaranteed. 6. VP just fired a bunch of PM's without reason just because they were not meeting financial goals instead of assigning them to different projects 7. Everyone talks dirt behind your back... nobody is accountable for what they do. 8. Very few PM's advance in their career. 9. Morale is super low

Pros

- The work environment, processes, employee satisfaction was at peak untill there was a sudden change in VP. - Good opportunities for freshers and low salary expectations candidates.

Cons

- Company is cheating with employees. Need a proof? refer CBC news article dates June 15, 2020 - This Company is not for well qualified and experienced candidates. - No value or appreciation even if you are a excellent performer. - There is no relation of your performance and bonus/increments. - They only encourage cheap (less costly) employees. - Worst middle management. - HR doesn't play any role in employee welfare as only middle management decide the career and growth (if any) of an invidual employee purely on face value. Proof - Employees performance appraisals never shared with employee after Supervisor sign-off. HR to check the email communications for proof, if available as an exception, check the dates. Never shared with me. - Extremely high attrition rate. - Current employees are working there because the job market is not favorable outside. - Worst working hours. Work is expected after hours, weekends, holidays including Christmas holidays. Receiving calls off duty hours is like a employees obligation. - No work life balance. - Work targets and expectations from Management leads to damaging employees health. - HR tries to show off that they are speaking to employees, but no improvement based on employees feedback.

Pros

They'll hire those without real estate experience and train them. It can be fun, almost like high school. You don't need to be particularly educated or carry credentials with pedigree. They value loyalty so if you're not that smart, not that educated, but willing to stick around, you'll outlast the rotation of actual talent that passes through the company for better opportunities.

Cons

Operates like a mom and pop instead of a publicly traded international company. Brokerage is a boys club with rampant sexual harassment, which is accepted in the culture. Brokers treated like gods, supporting staff treated as disposable. Cliquey and gossipy, stemming from senior leadership. The different service groups don't communicate with one another - tons of lost opportunity to sell the full service package to clients.
