Basically a body-shopping outlet. Managers have zero management skills. LOTS of politics and gossip. A lot of people get jobs here because they are related to someone already working here. Therefore projects are given not on your credibility but on how closely you're related to someone at the top. This is basically like an Indian government office, lots of red-tape.

Many cons 1. Managers irrespective of their skills 2. No decision making by India 3. Lot of domination by Belgium co workers 4. No scope to work with full pledged 5. HR and team managers and BE all are in one line to blame or criticise the employees 6. They just listen team concerns and proposals for improvement but don’t give value to implement 7. Still using legacy technologies, not upto date in the market standards 8. If BE managers don’t like the employees, simply kick them out 9. Lot of micro management to find out the mistakes of employees. If you work and satisfy them with 99% also they try to blame for 1%. 10. No salary hikes and appreciations
