- Provide informative paid training sessions that lasts about 5 days - Friendly and welcoming staff at all levels - Assigned to different summer camps throughout employment (Community camps, private camps, or play in the park which is run by CLM) - Great learning experience for someone wanting to go into this field - Good hours and pay - Offer employment opportunities outside of summer position if interested
Cons
- First Aid/CPR training not covered - Hiring documents were very lengthy and depending on when you are hired, can feel very rushed to complete - Asked for 2-4 professional references (May be difficult for individuals with less experience in this particular field)
