Pros

There are no pros at this job. Worst place I’ve ever worked.

Cons

•They don’t give breaks or let employees eat all day, I lost 20 pounds in a month from working here and came home with headaches everyday. •Employees never get a day off work, working 6 days in a week full-time shifts with no breaks. No work life balance. •Abusive work culture, harassment, and emotional abuse. (not from hotel guests) •Only pays minimum wage for all positions, the most work I’ve ever done for minimum wage. This job is not worth it. •High turnover rate, employees frequently have breakdowns due to high stress brought on by management. •Marriott employee benefits only give 20-40% discount off after 3 months of employment. I find the 40% off hotels is rare to come by and select few hotels offer that much off, most Marriott hotels only give 20% off. Employees never get a day off to use the benefits anyways.
