good work-life balance. consider the low pay, and management don't do anything, they can't ask you much anyway.

Cons

way too many... Leader ship is a Joke. Last CEO is a joke. HR is a joke. only hire and promote their relative and friends. the company culture is a joke. the pay is low. Everyone in the company could be you boss, and those people never really do anything, but make trouble for you. management is a joke, only thing they care is their personal benefit.

Overall people are nice and will try to help each other. Salary is average market rate

Cons

Long term employees are leaving. The best employees are leaving. Highest turnover rate due to employee dissatisfaction. Management is not replacing people who left and workload has fallen on the shoulders who stays
