      Pros

      For short term travel per diem was good, you get to travel. They pay for your phone

      Cons

      Poor management. You need to speak French or align with Quebec management group to get noticed for an upward trajectory of career path. Management employs developers as per use and throw policy. They have important project then you are needed. But you are not expected to expect decent raise for your high quality work

      Pros

      Great location down town, friendly environment. Most managers and supervisors are open and approachable.

      Cons

      Company is taking advantage of interns, paying minimum salary. All administrative, non management positions are very underpaid. Management is hiding behind all those complex HR policies, 50-page presentations with graphs and calculations that make no sense and only purpose of which is not to give you salary increase. They do appreciate your hard work and accomplishments, you might even get an award of some sort, but don't expect a decent salary increase.
