Unprofessional management, don’t follow labor laws, and definitely don’t go to HR if you need help

Pros
Cheap staff accommodation, good location in Jasper, easy to get hired, easy to negotiate a raise since you start with lower than other hotels in the area.
Cons
Temp workers and some other hires were really questionable, especially when you had to live with them. I did not particularly like the management in dealing with employment issues either.
